Excel Demo

This section details an example of how Windows applications can interface with TIBCO DataSynapse GridServer® Manager Services through COMDriver and Visual Basic. The client application is a Portfolio Valuation calculation in Microsoft Excel, and provides two ways of performing the calculation: locally in Visual Basic, or as a Java Service on TIBCO DataSynapse GridServer® Manager using COMDriver.

The example is available from the COMDriver installation, and is located in [DSCOMDriver installation]/examples/exceldemo.
